Terms of service

Business Owner hereby grants Google LLC a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to display the Business Name, logo, description, photos, and other information provided in connection with the Business Listing on Google’s platforms, subject to the terms of this Agreement and Google’s Terms of Service.

 

The Business Owner shall keep all information in the Business Listing accurate, complete, and up to date. Business Owner shall promptly notify Google of any changes or corrections.

 

The Business Owner represents and warrants that all information provided is lawful, does not infringe on any third‑party rights, and complies with applicable laws and Google’s policies.

 

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that state.
